Standard Operating Procedures
Arwell Realty applies the following procedures equally to every prospective client, including prospective renters and buyers.
1. Identification. Arwell Realty does not require prospective clients to show identification before viewing properties.
2. Exclusive broker agreement. Arwell Realty does not require prospective clients to sign an exclusive broker agreement before working with us.
3. Mortgage pre-approval. Arwell Realty does not require prospective buyers to obtain a mortgage pre-approval before viewing properties.
Building owners, landlords or sellers may set their own requirements for applications or offers on a specific property. These procedures may be updated; any change will be posted here within 30 days.
